1. What types of electric vehicles does Chiyond supply?
Chiyond supplies a wide range of electric vehicles, including electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric scooters, electric tricycles, cargo tricycles and golf carts. Our products are designed for daily commuting, delivery services, cargo transportation, leisure activities and commercial operations.
2. Do you offer wholesale prices for electric vehicles?
Yes. Chiyond offers competitive wholesale prices to importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and commercial buyers.
Our quotation process is as follows:
1. We provide our product catalogue.
2. You select the models you are interested in.
3. We prepare a detailed quotation for the selected models.
The final price depends on the vehicle model, product configuration—particularly the motor, battery specifications and driving range—and order quantity.
Please provide your preferred models, required quantity, destination country or region, configuration requirements and customization needs. Our sales team will prepare a suitable wholesale quotation and provide further ordering information.
3. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product type and customization requirements. We support sample orders and small trial orders. However, the most cost-effective option is usually to order enough vehicles to fill a shipping container. Multiple models can also be combined in one container, subject to confirmation.
Please send us your preferred products and estimated order quantity so that we can confirm the specific requirements.
Please also note that, due to product certification and import regulations in certain countries, small shipments may be difficult to clear through customs. We recommend checking your local import policies before placing a sample or small-volume order.
4. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM electric vehicle projects. Depending on your requirements, we can customize vehicle colors, brand logos, decals, battery capacity, motors, controllers, packaging and selected vehicle specifications.
Our team can assist you in developing products that meet the needs of your brand and target market.
5. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for most models, allowing customers to evaluate product quality, performance and suitability for their local market before placing a bulk order. Sample availability, cost and shipping arrangements must be confirmed according to the specific product.
However, due to certification requirements and import regulations in certain countries, small shipments may be difficult to clear through customs. We recommend checking your local import policies in advance.
We also warmly welcome you to visit our factory in China, inspect the vehicles in person and discuss potential cooperation with our team. While you are here, you can also take the opportunity to experience China’s culture, scenery and hospitality.
6. Can the vehicles be customized for my local market?
Yes. We can adjust vehicle specifications according to your target market’s preferences and applicable local requirements.
Depending on the model, customization options may include maximum speed, motor power, battery capacity, body color, brand identity and other vehicle specifications.
7. What certifications are available for your electric vehicles?
Certification availability depends on the specific vehicle model and target market. For products that have already obtained the required certifications, we can provide the relevant product documents and test reports.
For models that have not yet obtained the required certification, we can assist in applying for the relevant certification. Whether this will affect the product price, and by how much, will depend on factors such as the certification cost and your order quantity.
For certifications that must be applied for by a representative or importer in the destination country, we will cooperate fully, adjust the product where necessary and provide the required technical documents.
8. What is the production and delivery time?
Production time depends on the product type, order quantity, vehicle specifications and customization requirements. Standard models generally have shorter lead times than highly customized products.
Once all order details have been confirmed, we will provide a specific production and delivery schedule.
9. How do you arrange international shipping?
We can assist customers with international shipping by sea, rail or other suitable transportation methods.
Depending on the vehicle model and customer requirements, products can be shipped as complete units, partially assembled units, or in CKD/SKD form. Shipping methods, Incoterms and other trade terms can be discussed and confirmed before the order is placed.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are determined according to the order value and cooperation arrangement. We can discuss commonly used international trade payment methods with our customers.
All payment terms will be clearly stated in the formal quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.
11. Do your electric vehicles come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide warranty coverage according to the specific vehicle model and individual components.
Detailed warranty periods and conditions for batteries, motors, controllers and other major components will be clearly stated in the quotation or sales contract.
12. Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. We can provide commonly used spare parts and technical guidance for our business customers.
Customers may also include a suitable quantity of consumable parts and commonly used spare parts in their bulk orders to support local maintenance and after-sales service.
